VLC is a free and open source cross-platform multimedia player.
It can play all your movies, shows and music in most formats directly without conversion.
It allows file synchronization with Dropbox, GDrive, OneDrive, Box, iCloud Drive, iTunes, direct downloads and through Wi-Fi sharing as well as streaming from SMB, FTP, SFTP, NFS, UPnP/DLNA media servers and the web.

Sync issue
I used this app for many years and now I found the app cannot detect all files I transfer into the app. It only show random files in the app. Apart from that, I like this app
Sync to iCloud
I know app can include the media library in device backup, but If just backup is not enough, I need to sync my media library to iCloud, because I both have iPhone and iPad, I want to easily share the media library between the two devices, Please add this function！
hope there is way to disable the lock screen player widget
not bad, quite secure.
but I do hope there is setting to disable the lock screen player widget.
