Bad services

Just bought 1year VIP service on 6 Oct, 2019 but can’t use the service few days after. It shows my account is expired on 7th Oct ,2019. Have tried to sent email to apps but no one response. Hope they can contact me to solve the problem but not just leave it aside .

VPN stability and speed

When using it in China, the speed is still not very stable and seemed overloaded even using VIP account, unless during odd hours like 2am-6am. Other than that, seemed to work.
