Easy to you and great customer support

Bought one year subscription. The app is super easy to use and no issue at all. When I had problems with installation and login, their customer support responded promptly and offered me the right help to solve my problems. Highly recommend this app.

Doesn’t work well in China

As what is said in the title, it doesn’t provide stable servers for Customers in China, it takes long to connect and sometimes it might just say the connection is lost. The Trusted Network option is also troublesome, with the new update I have to remove my WiFi from the trusted network list in order to connect to vpn and add it back whenever I’m done using it, the process including connecting to the server itself takes more than five minutes to do so and I am rating it one star so that it brings the company’s attention on fixing these problems

As for China - there are some technical limitations set by the Chinese government. We provide 5 VPN regions for our users in China: US, UK, DE, SG, HK. Also, for a stable VPN connection we recommend using the special KeepSolid Wise protocols. This option is available for iOS 10 or later, Android, Windows, macOS, and Linux devices. You can enable it at Account > Network Settings (for desktop computers), or at Settings > Protocols (for mobile devices).

Totally rubbish

Trusted network can’t function totally. When I connect to my home WiFi which is added into the trusted network, it will still enable VPN. I need to disable the VPN manually. After that, it will not enable VPN automatically when I connect to other network.

Beside, it always sign me out automatically! When I only have WiFi but no network, it still enable VPN connection. However, since it sign me out, I can’t connect to VPN server and the app disable my WiFi!!! And I cannot sign in to change the setting!!!

I can only uninstall the app so that I can re-connect to the WiFi!!
