The best meditation app and the only one you’ll need

Brilliant app, unparalleled content and a genuinely well thought through and effective methodology and process for helping someone gain insight in to their own consciousness.

I cannot think of a more tangible and obvious beneficial use case for the smartphone than the ability to access the tools to help guide your understanding and recognition of your own true nature and this app is by far the best I have tried, used or heard about (and I’ve tried a few).

Many of the touted benefits of these wonder machines in our pockets have a mixed track record at best and unforeseen malign consequences at worst. Being able to access a cadre of the best teachers and hours of content at your own leisure is the purest case of technology improving your inner life that I can think of.

Needless to say, I highly recommend it.

First time and it’s good.

I’ve been one to kind of flippantly pass on meditation as something for other people to do. Well, issues in life and time to re-assess priorities brought me to Sam’s work on this project. I’ve been a great admirer of Sam and his critical thinking for many years so it was only logical to check out his program. There are a few others to choose from and I looked at all the reviews - but Sams app and his impeccable reputation made go with project. I am enjoying it very much and look forward to progressing accordingly.

After hearing about the coming app for what seems like an eternity, out it comes! And what an app it is. The separate lessons and meditations are just the right balance between theory and practice, or rather reflection and application. I am a practiced mediator, but there are still many useful reminders we can all use, no matter where we are on our journeys. I would recommend this app without hesitation to beginners and more-experienced meditators. Well done, Sam! It was worth the wait!!!
