App no longer works

I tried logging in with my account and the system says I have not registered and verified my email.

When I select sent verification email no email is sent or no server response error pops up. So now my walking pad doesn’t work at all

Cannot connect to walking pad

I have the phone connected to the walking pad WiFi. But the app doesn’t see it. Useless as I can’t get it out of training mode

Thank you for choosing our product. This app can only connect to the bluetooth version of WalkingPad. You should use Mi Home App, and set the Region to China as it's not available in other regions currently.
