Unable to access my files
The app was good before but this problem happened around two months ago. Please fix it.
Nice app, need some improvement to make it perfect
It’s kind of easy to use, would like to have below updates if possible
1. Add real-time status during upload photos - e.g. saving xx of xxx files
2. Add thumbnail view under the “folder” option. At the moment you can have thumbnails for ALL photos!!! Which is not a easy way to find specific photos
Wrong Timestamp Issues
Very disappointed; still have not fix the long time erroneous timestamp issue after importing photos/videos onto the Wireless Pro drive using SD/USB Import! All the time stamps of my media were changed for unknown reasons. Obviously there is a serious bug in the App and/or the drive!! Can WD really listen to customers’ feedback and fix the issues immediately!
