Need to have modifications
(1) Can only forward things to 5 ppls, it’s not concurrent for business use
(2) Now can only select 30 photos from a chat’s media forward to another ppl, this is very inconvenient for a huge amount of photo sending in business
It’s not working
It stopped working since July 1 update ! Please do something ! The app is getting crashed tried every possible way but can’t fix it !
Number banned for no reason
I have been using WhatsApp business for the last 6 months so that my patients can contact me anytime regarding their treatment.
However, I have been banned for no apparent reason citing “I have violated their T&C... numerous complaints against my account”
I find this highly unlikely... and all the replies to my emails are clearly computer generated automated messages which makes it all the most frustrating.
I find it totally unacceptable when businesses are basing their client service on this app to be banned without justification.
After fostering business contacts for the past 6 months to have essentially all these connections wiped out is completely unacceptable.
I strongly advise if considering using a messaging platform for your business to refrain from using this!!
