Added reward monetization strategy. Re-Worked beginning levels to make difficulty ramp easier. Added the ability to A/B test first five levels and reward video. Various Bug Fixes. Performance Improvements.

The control is very poor

In many times,I would like to have a better view to see where those monsters are.
However,the robots move instead.
Also, the view of treehouse is very poor.I can barely see my right hand side,not to say to have a better defense.
I have all my robots upgraded to maximum level,but still cannot win because of the poor view.😡😤😡
