Disappointed after updated to this new version

It was very good until they updated to this new version last week. I am not able to connect at all while travelling in China. Very disappointed.
Update: I found out that you need to remove the app then download again in order to use the new version.

App update is big improvement; the servers need a bit more work

Used the new app since its release and it’s been good. The settings are taken care of, latency of server is all I care and it’s very clearly shown (I chose the numeric measure in ms instead of the number of bars).

I’m not a technical person, but the app works very well in iOS. I simply didn’t need to worry a thing about the settings except for turning it on. That’s an upgrade vs. the free variants I tried before.

As a paying subscriber, the shortcoming is that the 2 key locations’ servers I use (1 in North America, 1 in Asia) consistently have occasional connection issues regardless of where I use it. Affects me an hour or so about twice a month. Makes me wonder if there are better offerings out there since the price is in line with competition.

Other than that, I’m happy with this app and Windscribe overall. The Windows and MacOS apps work equally fine without technical issues that I know of.

Downloaded and tried several times to get it working. I closed the app....but then it kept searching and somehow my internet provider or this app shut my WLAN down and cannot use it. I called the internet provider they said there was suspicious activity on it. I realized the app was attached to my phone and kept trying to access. I deleted the app and my cellular provider was back to normal after shutting on/off the phone. My WLAN had shut down because of this app, I believe. Bad
