Wise 4+

I am from Hong Kong first time use the service to send money to my daughter in Canada. From the app it show accept bank transfer, credit and debit card. Since I don’t have the bank account with DBS Hong Kong then I did cash deposit. But TransferWise not accepting cash deposit from Hong Kong because of the law restriction. When I contact them the CS are friendly and fast response , take my problems seriously they have resolved it and send my money within 36 hours including the time they locate of the cash deposit. Now they also instruct me how to do bank transfer next time. Very good service and definitely would use it again!

They said they have refunded then I waited for few days and went to the bank and my bank said there was no this transaction, no refund And I talked to them again and again and again, everytime they said 2 more working days, but still there is no replies and emails from them. The Hong Kong FPS system is so fast, if you transfer money to the other account, it is an immediate transaction, but I have waited for more than a week and still no refund, and now I have to go ask the police for help. Hope you don’t have to deal with refund and stuff, because their customers service and all of these are terrible. And they don’t have a phone number here also, so you can’t call, and you wait for the customer service online and wait for 5-15 mins, but you don’t reply immediately, they will just go offline. It is terrible.

At first, I was a little sceptical about this. I was using traditional banking. So far Wise delivers as it promised, all transactions, large or small, smoothly received in a minute. It helps saving my money esp for larger transfer. Another lovely feature is to able to temporarily preserve the transactional rate as long as you don’t quit the “quotation” stage or confirmed the order. Moreover, you can create, pay & cancel several orders created in different time. So that you kind of able to chose the best rate within the day. You know.😎
