Please fix a bug at a mission

I want to enjoy this game, the graphics are beautiful and the setting is unique, but there’s a huge bug at the mission at the Ring to defeat the snakes. Even without my character getting close to the snakes and without them attacking my character, whenever my character is at the arena and faces towards the snakes, the game keeps popping up the game-over screen. This bug makes the game unplayable for the moment. Please fix this bug then I’ll change my rating.
