Where to login…

I bought a 3 months trail through Facebook ad and receive an email from Woofz, telling me to download the app and login with the same email address. However, I open the app and straight to questions about my dog then to the payment page again. I also tried to find profile and setting page, but no way to find where to login…

No free plan

The app makes you input all this information about your dog and then ambushes you with payment plans before allowing you to access the app... waste of my time... the free trial is 3 days long which isn't even enough time to see if the app works and if my dog's behaviour has improved as a result. Don't download...

Scam

Total scam, the subscription following the free trial did not appear in Apple subscriptions and there was no way to prevent it from automatically renewing itself. Emailed support who said have cancelled the subscription for me and that I will not be charged but turns out they already charged me and so no refund could be made. Total scam
