Unstable product
There were 3-4 times I weren’t be able to sent files on windows work chat, and 2 days ago whole company was completely logged out, we had to switch to slack instead.
If you guys bought WhatsApp why not learn from it? WhatsApp is extremely stable and reliable, workchat is not.
I hope the stability issues are fixed
Cannot view message even though notifications received
Notifications are received, but when I open the message window, it doesn’t show any message even the past messages appear blank.
Performance even worse after update
The app was extremely slow after update, cannot search conversation, cannot send video & the connection of audio chat / video chat are bad.
Please solve these problems ASAP
