Description
"WSD Mobile App" provides updated water supplies information including water bill summary, bill reminder and water suspension notices(subscription on Large Housing Estates basis is newly added). Users are required to log on using their registered user IDs and passwords for Electronic Services of the Water Supplies Department to access the bill summary or bill reminder functions.
"WSD Mobile App" 提供有關供水的最新資訊包括帳單摘要，催繳通知及暫停供水通告(新增按大型屋苑訂閱)。用戶需以水務署電子服務的使用者名稱及密碼登入才能使用帳單摘要或催繳通知功能。

Don’t bother downloading it
Can’t even register log in to use the app. It’s humiliating with such level of IT system. I’d rather stick with paper bill to save trouble logging in.

Rubbish app
Totally rubbish app and waste time to keep pressing the button and trying find if there is any hidden button to instruct the app to go next step.
Totally wast time.

The app is like one developed 100 years ago. It’s a shame this is the app of a governmental utilities department being used in 2024.
