Wheelchair service

I have been using XAB service via their App fir my wheelchair bound mother fir a month now. Their pricing is the most reasonable in HK, drivers r courteous and always on time. I always get a call from them a few minutes before the scheduled pickup time which is reassuring. I would recommend their service without any reservation.

No car and cannot remove credit card info

Good for very advance booking. I booked a taxi “a night before” from HK island “to” Airport. Taxi arrived on time and the trip was smooth. The app simple booking feature is adequate. But app’s other additional features are inadequate and customer service unreachable. I emailed the Customer Service on how to remove my credit card info and still no reply.

Tried for a month, can never successfully make a booking. And once I added my credit card info, the app does not allow you to remove/delete the card ! And there is no online help available in the app to resolve.

Airport pickup was 40mins late

Waiting time was 40mins at the scheduled pickup point at the airport. Had to call driver twice to locate him. Not something one would want to do after a flight. There are better services out there. Customer service replied after two emails, that the delay was due to a faulty car and they had to get a replacement, but driver told me he was late because he was stuck in traffic and he also had to go to the bathroom......what happened to business integrity??? Too bad I can’t give it zero star.
