Screening not available after subscription

I have subscribed, but I cannot screen stocks, it says stock-screening feature is only available after subscription, so I have to subscribe twice in order to have the screening function?

Thanks for the review. No, you don't need to subscribe twice in order to screen. You're free to screen the market you subscribed. We have 2 products in this APP A-Share and HK-share. Maybe you didn't select the one you subscribed. Feel free to contact our customer support, they can help you with this kind of confuses.

Paid for subscription, not worth at all

Paid for subscription, unfortunately very disappointed. This HK version completely can’t compare with the US version. Each stock only provided very limited information. And the app only available for tablet version, however the app is not user friendly at all.

Thanks for the review. This HK version is focus on A-Share and HK-Share Market, which is different from US version. We provide all the basic information for each stock, maybe you missed some of them. Current version is only for mobile, we will launch Web version shortly in this year. We try our best to make the app user friendly, maybe some functions you didn't get familiar or you want some improvement, you can contact our customer services. We're more willing to help you get better understand of our App and improve your using experience.
