No notifications
This issue has been reported since 4 months ago but there’s no patch to fix it, the service support is very poor. It’s a risk if we parents are not able to receive the notifications of our kids send messages
Can’t receive push notification
All in a sudden no push notifications when kids sending message to our phones,need to go into the app to realize there were messages, please fix the issue.
Cannot use
Can’t open the App and it closed automatically.
