◆What is this app?
Some people like visually impaired have trouble finding a water tap in the restroom. This project aims to provide a better sanitary environment for such people.
This application uses image recognition AI model to help visually impaired users in restrooms to find water tap with fewer touches.

トイレ内で手探りで蛇口を見つける人がいることに課題を感じ、本プロジェクトではそのような方によりよい衛生環境を提供すること目標としています。
具体的には、本アプリは画像認識技術を用いて、トイレを利用中の視覚障碍者向けに、より少ない接触回数で蛇口を見つけられるようにサポートすることを目的としています。

◆ How to use
Launch the app and use the smartphone's camera to search water taps. The AI model will detect water taps and provide voice guidance and vibration to let you know where is the water taps.
Users can change the display mode. Light mode displays the camera streaming and object detection tracking, while dark mode turns off the dispay to mitigate privacy concerns.

アプリを起動し、スマートフォンのカメラを用いて蛇口を探します。AIモデルが蛇口を検知し、音声ガイダンスとバイブレーションで蛇口の位置を知らせます。ユーザーはディスプレイのモードを選択できます。ライトモードではカメラ映像と物体検知の状況を表示する一方で、ダークモードではディスプレイをオフにします。ダークモードを用いることでプライバシーの懸念を軽減できます。
