Love this Site highly recommended

Love this site my number one clothing shop I don't even shop in person no more I just order from ZAFUL from the us and they always have good deals keep it up ???

So terrible they make me write my first review

1. Bought 2 items from them but was later informed that 1 of the items was out of stock due to “unexpected high demands”. Wonder why they still made the item available if it had been in stock.
2. The available piece of garment arrived looking at most 60% close to its pictures and descriptions. Don’t think I’ll ever wear it.
3. They promised a refund to my credit card on that “out of stock” item but received nothing for over a month. Had to contact them again to finally get my money back.
4. Tried to unsubscribe with them more than 5 times now but still keep receiving their emails.

I’ve done a lot of shopping online but I’ve never had so many problems with the others as I had with Zaful. Deleting it immediately after this review.

Terrible service

Zaful is a company with really slow shipping service. The customer service doesn’t really solve your problem. The only thing they did was to refer me to the tracking link which hasn’t been updated for 12 days.

From my experience, I have been waiting for almost three weeks for my parcel to come from China to Hong Kong (it’s not even that far!). The shipping status says ‘delivered’ for a parcel that still HASN’T been received.

Also, I left two separate bad comments on the items I’ve purchased. Yet, the system doesn’t show my comments. Hence, only feedback and reviews with three stars or above are shown.

Good luck to you if you wanna buy from this company :)
*PS one star as no star isn’t an option.
