- Having associated all of your purchases online and at physical stores. At a physical store, identify yourself at the till with your Zara QR code and request an e-receipt.
- In-store returns for both online and in-store purchases.
- Collect all of your online orders at a physical store.

Zara you are awesome. Creating this app, helps me a lot. As there is a lot of details which help me how to take care of the clothes and other necessary details.
One thing could be improved is that if these is new updates on clothes and updates on special prices products. Reminder or notifications can be sent to users!!!
Unable to change PW
I try to change my Password but keep pump me unable, time expired, request me to reapply….three times already still unable. Ask me to contact CS but I am unable to find which bottom can contact CS😡
Getting worse and worse
This app used to be very powerful and user friendly, but not at all since 2022. The inventory data did match with the shop. it showed out of stock but I could those from physical shop. Filtering tool is a nightmare as it can do nothing.
