Always disconnect Wi-Fi

The lock will be disconnected Wi-Fi every week, then pull out the battery to reset, when you ping it, long latency and heavy broken ping… but most importantly after 1 or 2 months, the lock will stop connect to Wi-Fi even you reset by pull out the battery… what a “smart lock”… end up I need to factory reset the lock… I repeated it several times, now I give up!! From all those bad comments, Samsung or even Zigbang totally hopeless… why don’t do something to save your brand??

The app suddenly not sending notifications

Previously I can receive notification when the door is opened or closed. Suddenly I stop receiving them. I tried to remove all batteries an d replaced them with new ones. It didn’t help. And the door sometimes lost the network which I can’t assess when I am out of home or out town. This is really annoying. Is the Samsung technology such a disappointing product?

Rubbish app, keeps logging out on its own

What kind of IOT app will log out on its own and then stops giving notifications? Many times when I comes back to check the lock status after some time, I noticed that it’s been logged out and needs to sign in again. Even a particular Chinese branded company can do a better app than this. This will be my last Samsung lock purchase since I don’t see any improvements coming to it anytime soon
