Zinio Apps

General is Good but Each Monthly update feel later than Market

Excellent service!

I started using Zinio when I got an iPad and was tired of having to throw out magazines because of lack of space. I now have more than before, always have them all with me and spend far less money. In fact, I often get some free 'Zino bucks' after I have made a purchase! Once, I noticed I had not received one of my weekly magazines so I emailed Zinio. It was a Sunday so I was not expecting a quick reply, however, it was all sorted out in a few hours! Excellent service, the only problem is finding enough time to read all the magazines I subscribe to!
I now have a 12" iPad Pro and the magazines look even better!

Classic example of great idea, poor execution

Have been a user for years now. It truly is a situation of diminishing return with your app. The more magazine I purchased, the more frequent your app crash. It's almost near impossible to finish reading anything without the app auto close every 2-3 pages or when I enlarged the text. Seriously, fix this problem already or limit your user from subscribing to too many mags. You are however a mags reading app!
