Poor UX and Slow
It has many drawbacks that make it less than optimal for users. The most significant issue is the slow response time. Users report that it takes a long time for the chatbot to generate a response, which can be frustrating and time-consuming.
Another problem is the lack of online help or support available. If users have questions or issues, they are left to figure it out on their own. There are also no configuration setting options, which limits customization and flexibility.
Additionally, every time users go back to a previous chat conversation, the chatbot slowly regenerates the responses again, which can be annoying and inefficient. Users cannot highlight the response and copy it.
Overall, the user experience with the AI Chatbot Assistant is poor due to its slow response time, lack of support, configuration options, and limited functionality. While the idea of a chatbot assistant is promising, this particular app falls short of expectations.
