The BT Redcare app provides real-time management of their alarm signalling products.

For installers, it provides onsite and remote programming capabilities.

- Receive email notifications of system alerts
- Receive emergency alerts
- Receive non-emergency alerts
- Check system status
- Set / unset the alarm
- Operate devices remotely
- Monitor when the system is set or unset e.g. know when your children have arrived home or your business has opened
- Monitor history of users and events
