BMI Calculator - application that calculates and evaluates BMI (Body Mass Index) and BFP (body fat percentage) based on relevant information about body weight, height, age and gender count.

Body fat percentage (BFP) and body mass index (BMI) are used to measure the risk of obesity-related metabolic syndrome. The present study aimed to determine the values of body fat percentage and body mass index to predict risk factors for metabolic syndrome.

Check your body mass index to find your ideal weight, as being overweight and obese are risk factors for diseases like high blood pressure, heart disease and diabetes. It can also be used to find your ideal weight if you want to lose weight or are on a diet.
