Bug fixes:
- black screen when leaving rescue
- rare error when starting a rescue
- zoo habitats visible behind rescue board
- "0 animals asleep" label flashing after rescue
- name display stat doesn't save after rewind
- ball shop doesn't scroll on some devices
- newspaper list doesn't scroll on some devices
- visitor area on some habitats incorrectly tinted after disco ends
- bikes don't get disco tint
- empty spot doesn't show in pet lounge after giving pet away
- pet giveaway popup shouldn't play store music
- cloud email popup position too high on devices with notches
- if protected mode is on, you don't get bonus guesses on perfect rescues
