There are numerous apps for diet suggestions, but few indicate the relative amount of fat, fat-free body weight and appropriate levels of fat in your body. Based on valid scientific studies, this app provides an estimate of the percentage of fat you carry, and and the category assigned by the American Council on Exercise.
Calculations are based on relevant equations found and verified in the medical literature:
