Why do we shy away from saying what we want? Perhaps we don't want to come across as being difficult and demanding? Is that really helping us get the things we want and need in life? Those are big questions but while we figure that out, here’s a little app to help you get the things you want and need without saying it out loud!

Let’s own up! We've all been there before. You, the receiver of a gift or favour, often get that niggling feeling or thought in the back of your mind saying, “Thank you so much for the thought but... I really could have done with a (insert ideal gift or favour here)”.

If we are honest, time and time again we have outrageously faked our appreciation for gifts and favours we know we are not going to need nor use. In that moment, your giver is beaming and waiting for your reaction of surprise and gratitude. You are desperately wishing you had given them a gentle nudge in the right direction to give you the gift or favour you really wanted and needed.
