Patient AI conversations are unlimited for Pro subscribers and available on a limited basis for Basic and free users. — Rotations View — We've added a whole new way to browse our cases and complete them — by clinical rotation. See your cumulative score on the rotation while you try to complete all the diagnoses. — Audio and Visual Improvements — Our main ER looks and sounds more realistic than ever with background audio and improved visuals. — More Animations — Patients in pain will now clutch their chest, grasp at their abdomen and hold their head realistically based on their underlying diagnosis.

This improvement will allow us to include more audio, video, scenes and patient avatars in upcoming releases. -- Case List Search -- We’ve added search capability to our case list to make it much easier to find a specific case or to search for all cases related to a specific topic. You can search by chief complaint, symptoms, or any other keyword to find relevant cases. -- Improved Pain Animations -- In all the Full Code cases featuring a patient in pain, new facial expressions have been added to improve realism. More additions in our patient animations are coming soon!

NEW LOOK, FEEL, & NAME We're back with a brand new look for 2023! We've updated our logo, color and style throughout the product. The product name has also changed to “Full Code Medical Simulation" to reflect our focus on providing outstanding simulation content for all medical learners. INPATIENT CASES We have two new cases in the hospital inpatient setting. Your patients in these cases have been admitted for a few days, but experience an acute issue you need to rapidly diagnose and manage! VASCULAR ACCESS OPTIONS You can now administer fluids via different vascular routes such as a central-line, intraosseous, or additional peripheral IV. You can also place an arterial line for patients who need especially close monitoring.

This minor new version adds an "insert chest tube" action, improved patient gowns and other improvements and fixes.

Optionally, you can reveal scores and explanations as you proceed. -- Trauma Case Improvements & Street Clothes -- We've updated all trauma cases with more appropriate stabilization actions. Trauma patients now start in street clothes and must be undressed with the new exposure exam. -- More Control over Difficulty -- You now have more control over your difficulty settings. — SI Units & Internationalization — For all our non-USA users, numeric lab values will now default to SI units. You can toggle this between SI & US units in your Profile. In the coming weeks/months we’ll be adding country-specific drug names. Please send us a feedback message if you see a drug name that doesn’t make sense in your country. — Coughing & Pain — Full Code patients will visibly and vocally cough when appropriate and look unhappy and grimace when they’re uncomfortable or in-pain. Perform the appropriate interventions and they might visibly improve. — Patient Decompensation — On certain cases, the patient will get worse (decompensate) over time as the case progresses. Perform the right interventions to prevent or arrest the decompensation. — Lab Value Normal Ranges — For all numeric lab values, there is now a small info button that can show you the normal range for your patient. If you are on an easy/medium difficulty setting, the abnormal labs will highlight in red. On hard difficulty it’s up to you to notice abnormalities!
