Meliorem combines the reach of social media with the powerful act of goal setting to help us become better versions of ourselves.
It will allow you to set goals using a clean interface, decide on whether you want to share these with like minded individuals to create a group challenge, share images / messages / media related to your progress, and see your stats on how you are improving.
Key features include:
- Habits organised into Fitness, Mind and Health
- A choice from a number of set goal types, or create your own by selecting ‘other’
- Ability to share habits with other users to create a challenge, or choose to do individual goals
- Share media within challenges, or to the Feed, so you can get involved with your friends and family’s journey of improvement
- Stats showing your progress and your streaks of performing goals within the three key categories
- Make journal posts about your progress and choose if these are kept just for you, or if you want to share these to the Feed
