The cheap …….it is expensive

Total disappointment with the vehicle rental with Routes Car Rental for the following reasons: 1.- When I arrived at the Miami Airport, I followed the instructions to call the indicated number and no one ever answered, I had to go to the rental company by Uber. 2.- As I rented an SUV, the guy who attended me demanded that I had to take out all the insurance, which is excessively expensive, I would have better rented it from Álamo Rent a Car, it would have been cheaper for sure. 3.- After they gave me the contract papers, I went out to look for the car and I had to wait 30 minutes under the sun to be attended to, already angry I spoke to a person who told me that I had to wait for the car to be washed to deliver it to me. 4.- Yesterday when I returned the car they attended me quickly and they sent me an email but not with the receipt but they repeated the sending of the contract. I'm still waiting for my final receipt. I had never had such difficulty renting a car in Miami, Total displeasure with that rental company

Nice stay

I came here for the holiday only for 12 days but at the end i stayed for 17 days. The staff is very friendly and nice the front desk staff and the ladies who serve breakfast as well as the ladies who clean the rooms, even though the maintenance man i had met him in one occasion due to a small problem with hot water, and he immediately solved.

The food is ok about average compared to similar hotels but for a long stay is kind of boring i think they can improve that by changing the menu at lest twice a week. Rooms and beds are comfortable.
Tv channels can be improved as well, rooms have a microwave and mini fridge no silverware or dishes anyway my stay was nice!
