Phishing!

This app is made solely to fish your money! It is fraudalent. The first action it requires is to pay for it, you don’t even click anything - it’s from first launch! You could easily pay for it by just trying to exit the app as it brings pay-prompt which requires touch id.... and the way they present the price:

09.9$ so you think it’s 0.99$. Horrible. Reporting this app ASAP.

This is not true. At the end of the app tutorial, you have the option to subscribe to the Elite mode (unlock features, pro content, no ads, etc). It is completely optional, you can skip this screen after some seconds. Maybe you pressed the screen before this time period. The majority of free apps now available on the App Store, even apps featured by Apple, works the exact same way (after the tutorial, the subscription screen options appear). Some of them don’t even give you the chance to skip the subscription screen and you have mandatorily to subscribe for free for a few days and them start the paid mode automatically or cancel it before the trial period.
The price of the optional subscription is clearly mentioned 3 times and reviewed by Apple (on the app page, on the subscription main screen inside the app itself and on the terms and conditions link inside app). It is impossible to get the app approved without clearly mentioning the correct price on these 3 places.
