I’ve got an API error, tried everything - still doesn’t work. Tried sending an e-mail to a developer customer service and I’ve got NO reply. Now I have an app that i payed 60$ and can’t use it.

We're sorry the app is not working fine with your TV. It normally works fine with multiple TV models but still not perfect. We're improving it. It's not a scam or rip off. You can cancel your subscription at any time. If you canceled your subscription before the free trial time ends, Apple would not charge your money.
