What does an Airalo eSIM plan come with?
• An Airalo package comes with data (e.g., 1GB, 3GB, 5GB, etc.) valid for a specified time period (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, etc.). If you run out of data or your validity period expires, you can top up your eSIM or download a new one right from the Airalo app.
How much does it cost?

Does an eSIM come with a number?

Data while traveling
I have a Croatian contract, traveling to South Africa. To switch on Roaming for Croatian line was quite expensive, and would only give me 2 Gig of data. Airalo was a good option to get more data for a better price - and it was easy to top up if you needed more.
It was also nice to not have to spend time to buy a local SA SIM card to get access to the local provider.
I did once wanted to make a phone call to a local land line, but could not, but since this is only data, it does make sense. I could call on WhatsApp.
I will use this again if I travel to a non EU country.👍😁

Good app but customer service answers you 3 days alter
They need to write some more explanation about when you use another pack after you use some pack…. I used global pack… also had problems activating it….(customer service answers 2-3 days later)…then 15 days later I took Europe pack… not working… I thought it would activate automatically but I had to do it manually all … after 30-45 minutes managed to solve it…. Customer service answers 3 days later…

WORST Customer Support EVER!

The application and the service are great! I love the idea and the ease of getting mobile data when traveling. I used it a couple of times without a problem, until I traveled to Spain, when I bought a Regional eSIM that didn't work at all.
I contacted support and all I can say is that they don't care about you. They give you the default reply and when you respond they stay silent until you ping them again... My conversation with support has extended to a full week now... I even returned home from the trip and when we finally had some agreement, support started sending me instructions for the eSIM setup all over again.
I really find this insulting and not professional!
Message to Airalo - if you are outsourcing support, you should change the agency urgently... I can only say it is rude and insulting to be in conversation with support that is not reading what you wrote... just replying automatically.
