About app
It is ok, but there are often some bugs. For examples during days before last discount i had problem to use app. Every time I go to look some product (to put in shopping bag or like) app would crack.
Also, i need often to delete app, because I can not buy. When I want to buy product there is some information about some error. This problem I checked with bank and I realized that app is issue. So i need to delete app, and reinstall it and after that I can buy.
Then, the last i notice and this was for me very annoying is that when i want something to buy, the shipping price is free. But when i do buy it and there is just one step more to confirm it and i do that often very fast the price of shipping change. For example I canceled two items because shipping cost were more then the price of products. And I still waiting for refund (and I didn’t receive any information regarding these to items).

Over 40 items ordered, 5 disputes for not shipped or not as described and aliexpress refunded in a 2-5 days after disputes finished. Sure gave me confidence in a store and buyer protection services! The quality of items is exceptional compared to “official” staff and the prices are way lower then what “official” stores selling for! To be honest it is basically the same same “stuff” but with a printed logo on items and they are all made in China! Highly recommended! When buying pay attention to the store percentage ratings, anything from 95% positive ratings is ok. When comparing to others same items and different prices from multiple shops on aliexpress, buy from a store which has more items sold!
Good app
I ordered 5 times at Ali and only once I didn’t get my order, its not app fault or seller, the company which is shipping haven’t put any information about it, but app deserve still 5 stars, I can take refund on it and they will give my money back.. That order is late more than month, but who knows maybe it will arrive next day.. Just ECSC Customer Service Department don’t care to much about customers, I hope Ali will do something about it.. If they don’t than they don’t deserve this 5 stars or any other…
