Unfortunately since few weeks the Harmony hub cannot be linked/does not working
App freezes and often is unresponsive
I cannot add another adult in Household, app freezes every time I try it. Terribly slow and unresponsive. Most of the time I cannot even open app, after waiting 5-10 min I just have to kill it.
If i could, I’d give it a zero!!!
Right I’m sitting here crying cus I just got the Alexa 3rd generation and I’ve been waiting for it for six months to arrive and I download the app and my Alexa here is quiet like the quiet kid in school and I don’t know what to do because I paid 50 bucks for technically nothing because it doesn’t have the more button a new few guys can try and see what’s happening I don’t really give five stars
