Cant run game

After new update i cant run game, just standing on 1% of analyzing update and this is it, nothing happens. What can i do?

You need to fix this

I really enjoy the game. I just love it.
But there is one issue, internet connection. In main menu its great but in the game it’s really bed. It reconnected me couple times. Sometimes it’s great but most of the time it’s bed. I can’t even play ranked becouse of it .
P.S.
My internet is great. When i first downloaded the game it was working amazing.
Just fix that.

Can you delete my facebook account please? All my heroes are on my guest account and i can’t trasfer it on fb acc cose is alredy full. My fb name is Sfingo69 and im lvl 8. Thanks!
