T Shirts
I usually buy one or two shirts bigger and I end up with shirt that are small.
After just two washes my shirts (regular,oversize and relaxed) are too small now
Just few days ago I bought relaxed shirt and it was really loose and long and after my second wash (on low temperature 40,as it says on shirt) it’s small...not okay
I’m deleting this app for good.😡
Three years ago I really liked the app and everything I ordered was fine. But I have to admit that my last 2 purchases were so AWFUL, that I don’t even want to think about trying to order again. I received wrong size of the dress 2 times, and of course, I had to pay for the shipping and return fee both times, although it was your mistake from the beginning. I decided to give it another chance and ordered winter coat, but what I got was a cheap quality black garbage bag (with ripped pocket). It looks nothing like the picture. Of course you removed the possibility to leave a comment under the product.. I’m so disappointed with your customer service and the quality of products you’re sending to Croatia.
List of returns in the app not exist
Why return list cannot be seen in the application? The return section or list of returns exists only if you log in via the website. You should add the possibility to see the list of returns in the application as well, because this way I have to log in every time through the website to be able to see the list of my returns and it’s really tiring.
