Scamers!
Did an in app exchange,said it will be finished in 5-20min,30hrs and 11 emails later they told me that i would have to wait another 3 days for my tokens to be deposited because of some issue they have and when i called them scamers and said that i am going to post everything on my IG and YT chanel they magically resolved the issue and deposited my tokens in 30min…

Hi there! We are sincerely sorry for your negative experience. An exchange usually takes 5-20 minutes. Sometimes there can be a delay due to such reasons as market fluctuations, or coin maintenance. If there’s a delay with your exchange, please do not hesitate to email our support at support@atomicwallet.io. We reply within 1 hour and always do our best to resolve the delay as soon as possible.

Nie wallet
Fees are a little bit higer for some coins.
Also 5-7 % for deposit via DebitCard are a little bit much.
We hope this will reduce in the future.

Hi there!
Our network fees are set in such a way to ensure fast and secure blockchain confirmation. Atomic Wallet doesn’t take anything on top, the fee is paid to miners entirely. You can manually adjust the fee for BTC, LTC and ETH. Fees for exchanges and buying operations are always included in the estimated that you see before the transaction. The fees for buying crypto are partly determined by our partner Simplex, but also by the fee from your issuing bank. That fee can be quite high because crypto operations are seen as high-risk operations by most of the banks. We hope that the clarification of the fees was helpful.You see what you get and we believe that is fair.
