Portal headset

Please update firmware for B&O Portal for PC… i run Win11 and have microphone issues… the headset is working, but microphone sometimes doesnt want to work until i turn off and turn on headset several times then it works.. what is this about?!

No way to conect to e8 2.0

I always must do hard reset of earphones and always rest bt in my device and restart tablet or phone, and in 20 times 1 work

Beoplay E8 - not stabil, no way to connect, bad speaker

So expensive for semi product. The problems started from when I bought them. Not possible to connect it to the nootebook, michrophone is not working properly. There is no chance of connecting to the iphone 11, sometimes one of the handsets doesn't work at all. I have a feeling I bought an expensive product with a mistake. A company like you should not allow such omissions.

Hello there, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues connecting your E8 to your iPhone 11 and your laptop. We would recommend that you try out the following steps first:

1. Delete the old Bluetooth protocol from your iPhone, deactivate Bluetooth, and restart your smartphone. Activate Bluetooth on your smartphone.


2. Reset E8: Turn them on and hold both earbuds for around 10 seconds until the LED flashes red.


3. Activate Bluetooth Pairing mode on your E8 by touching both sides of the earbuds for 2-3 seconds until the LED starts flashing blue.


4. Open your Bluetooth List on your smartphone and you should see the E8 on the list. Tap on it to connect it.


5. Try out to playback some music.


6. If that works, activate Bluetooth on your laptop and activate pairing mode on the E8 again.


7. Try to connect your E8 to your Laptop.
