Awful

For some reason i cannot click the menu icon on my iPhone 8. There is no way to report a driver that didn’t pick me up on my location. He doesn’t answer my calls or messages. Uber is way way better. Miles from you

Bolt took a much higher amount of money than they quoted me

I have used Bolt for 2 years and although there have been times where the initially quoted price is a bit higher, in my last ride they took a significantly higher amount of money out of my account than was initially offered to me when I accepted the ride. I reached out to customer support and they only are willing to give a voucher for a future ride. They are refusing to refund the difference. This to me is theft because Bolt does not have the right to take money beyond what a customer agreed to if there were no changes ( no extra stops, no extra traffic, no changes to the route) and then tell the customer that they have to use the money they wrongfully took on another Bolt ride. I do not recommend Bolt and especially not your bank details linked to their app.

Please pay attention to this

First of all, false advertising regarding the price. In a situation where there was more traffic jam during the reservation than while driving, they charge 30% higher under the excuse the ride took longer than expected, which is not true. It took less time than expected. It makes no sense for the app to calculate a shorter ride when there’s actual traffic jam. Secondly, they charged the ride twice, I’m positive people often do not see this as I would not notice it if I didn’t get charged higher than I should. Once they pay you back the difference, they give it in Bolt credits which is bizzare. Maybe I don’t want to use your app anymore and want the money on my account, not on your app. Embarrassing
