Reliable (pouzdan)

The app has bugs, I hope they will fix them. Driving is more expensive than a taxi, but unlike Uber, it is reliable. CarGo drivers are reliable, they come if they have accepted the ride, if you cancel, nothing is charged, so if CarGo driver accept the ride then they come to the location, unlike Uber (some Uber drivers accept the ride and do not come hoping that you will cancel, and Uber drivers because of your cancellation receive a fee). The application has bugs, the price is a bit more expensive, but the service is reliable

Not working on iphone 6 ios 12

App is not working on iphone 6 it just open and crash after 2 seconds. App is still i background but if you choose it it closes again

In the past few weeks service is poor: no cars, id there are available cars they can come in 15min or more, service mostly unavailable, ordering from two cell phones in the same time - on one service is unavailable , on other it works... I know tou guys had problems with taxis and local low and goverment, but your constant advertising saying that number of drivers is increasing and service is improvig is not true. I was one of your biggest promotors and advocates but lately my opinion of your sevrvices is going down
