App is slow and most of drivers doesn’t speak english
The app is slow, tracking the arrival of the vehicle is not in real time. Most of drivers in Amman don't know English (or pretend they don't), so expect a slur and an extra charge.

They made no efforts to deliver the food and money was taken away from my card
