Great trip planner

I really like the app. I can store important information in one place plus I can find many activities that are happening in my destination.

Disaster

I’ve bought flight on 6th of November from Zadar, Croatia to Lisbon. I payed for SMS and mail updates. I’ve got how my trip is on time till last moment. Flight never existed. According to support I should pay attention of flights change even when flight is with “minor” change no matter it is 20 minutes earlier for other airport. Airport 350km away. I never received any refund only few mails with lies. I booked also Lisbon to Brazil flight with them and of course I couldn’t make that flight too. My trip and support from India is disaster. Don’t use it ever.

Conflicting travel information

This app sends multiple misleading updates re. flight schedules, and the “help bot” provides no assistance other than offering to send weather updates. When you have flights to catch, the last thing you want is to worry needlessly because you’ve been given the wrong information about your trip!
