I spend around €200+ just in 4hour so I want to tell you guys don’t buy spin and diamond please because you’re going to be poor soon🤣 I have one World record maybe nobody finished 40+ villages in just 35min and today I spent 4hr continuously and I spend around 150,000 spins

Coin Master gameplay and support
Ive been playing this game for more than 3 months. Very addictive and exciting game. The problem why Im giving 1 star is because I've won 1K spins, they disappeared. I wrote an e-mail and I got a reply 5 days after saying that I should restart my phone, update the app, clear cache, etc.
Dear Coin Master, the game is always updated, as all of my apps are. The cache is cleared as well as restarting my phone and even reinstalling the game and nothing happened. I wrote another e-mail to you and it has been more than 8 days by now with no response to it. Im giving you 2 stars just for the addiction to the game, but if i continue speaking that i spend 3B on chests not receiving normal(not gold cards), winning 3 days ago 40 hammers and not receiving 50 spins, 8M, 12M, right now no event even though my friends are playing and enjoying, etc. the overall rating would have been -5 stars.

This was a good game, until you destroyed it yourself. Now it’s a game that just takes and gives nothing. You sell spins very expensively, and what we win in the game literally disappears because you steal from players. Villages are too expensive, not to mention cards, because for 30-50 trillion spent we don't get a single new, let alone rare card. Viking is a living robbery, not an aid, and you managed to spoil it. Every part, you ruined a game that was extremely good in the beginning. Just keep going in that direction and you will be left without a player, like many other games, which have won the hearts of the players and then been destroyed by alleged improvements
