They stole 69€ from me, I didn’t go to the concert and they won’t refund me.

Hey there, sorry to hear about your bad experience. As stated in our policy, we cannot guarantee refunds unless the show has been cancelled or rescheduled. However, we offer our fans the opportunity to return unwanted tickets to the Waiting List (if the event is sold out) and sell them to other people interested in the event. Another thing you can do is transfer tickets to any friend as long as they have a DICE account. Cheers!
