Description
Progetto digitale per una nuova esperienza di shopping attraverso un portale cittadino dove i singoli esercenti dispongono di un proprio spazio espositivo indipendente, ma sinergico per la vendita on line con consegna a domicilio o presso il negozio e dove instaurare un rapporto diretto in videocall tra il negoziante e l’acquirente.
Consente ai clienti e ai venditori incontrarsi “on line”, in tempo reale, e vivere delle esperienze di shopping, come se si fosse realmente in negozio, con il commesso in videochiamata.
Il fine è favorire le vendite tramite un collegamento a distanza interattivo, coinvolgente e che riproduca fedelmente tutto ciò che è possibile fare quando si è in un negozio.
L’interazione in tempo reale con chi vende la merce può offrire informazioni e rassicurazioni che favoriscano un acquisto più consapevole.
