Problems
My game is stuck on Roaring island and I cannot progress. I have two memory cards but the door remained closed and I cannot access third cave. Additionally, I cannot access Support inside the game as there is option to do so. Instructions to click not helpful do not bring out chat option. And there is actually no “extra” cog that lets you get in touch with tech support. I cannot access help on the web either. As if you actually have support for decoration. My device has latest software as well. I like the game, and I guess latest upgrade did not work well. And you get a generic reply from the bot here on reviews…
