Field Agent ist eine App zur Datenerfassung im Bereich Kühlmöbel, Kälte- und Haustechnik des Lebensmitteleinzelhandels.
Wir haben diese Smartphone-App entwickelt, die als Qualitätssicherungstool und als Datenerfassungstool für das Martkinventar unserer Kunden verwendet werden kann. Servicepersonal kann vor Ort auf einfache, intuitive und schnelle Weise über Fotos und Multiple-Choice-Abfragen energie- und klimarelevante Daten zur technischen Ausstattung der Märkte eingeben. Schritt für Schritt wird ein vollständiger Überblick generiert. Dies verschafft unseren Kunden eine klare Übersicht darüber, mit welchen einzelnen Positionen sie wie arbeiten können. Alle so generierten Daten werden gespeichert, mit anderen Daten abgeglichen/ergänzt und nicht nur in der App selbst, sondern auch in unserer Datenplattform Store Agent visualisiert.
