It is cost effective membership but number of gyms in Sarajevo is very low. Appreciate other discounts!

Validiranje
Nema najvažnije opcije, a to je validiranje u gym-u, sto olakšava korisnicima da ne moraju da nose plastičnu karticu ili ukoliko je zaborave, da ipak mogu da istreniraju.
Funkcionalnost nula, jos vam oduzmu dva termina
Presao na fitpass, uvece ne mogu da uplatim, uplatim sutra, aktiviraju clanarinu za prethodni dan, rekao nema veze, clanarina na 31 termin i dan a ukupno trajanje je 30 dana. Sad da produzim, opet nece da prodje uplata i verovatno ce opet da mi oduzmu dva dana treninga, mimo toga sto zbog sistema ne mogu da odem na trening…. Tehnicka podrska obavestena o danasnjem vremenu, o tome da opet ne moze da se plati karticom, ocigledno nije. Pokusano sa 7 kartica i prica je ista.

Zdravo, hvala ti na javljanju. Članarina kada se aktivira počinje da traje od trenutka aktivacije pa zaključno sa danom isticanja, što znači da i taj poslednji dan možeš da treniraš. Ponekada se događa da korisnik ne može da plati online zbog problema koji nastaje između banke i payment provajdera. Radimo već na otklanjanju problema. Predlažemo ti da dok ne rešimo situaciju, ovaj put, uplatiš uplatnicom. Piši nam na kontakt@fitpass.rs kako bismo ti poslali podatke za popunjavanje uplatnice. I još jednom veliko izvinjenje sa naše strane. 🧡
